At this time we do not provide pre-paid return labels. The cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser asking for a refund. 

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be :

  • item(s) must be unworn have no signs of wear or damage
  • tags still attached hygienic strip attached



We currently offer shipping to Canada and USA customers, as well as local pick up + delivery in Victoria BC.

Order fulfillment is currently 2-4 business days. Shipping time is on top of the fulfillment time.

Title and risk of loss shall pass to you (the customer) at the moment your order is purchased and it’s transferred to the shipping provider. We are not responsible for replacing any lost/stolen orders once it’s been shipped from our location.
